Meet Arni Arnason of Iceland

Arni Arnason is an Icelandic business man, writer, and keen golfer.  

He is the former owner of a successful advertising agency and has spent most of his business career in marketing. This included stints as Marketing Manager for a number of prestigious companies, as well as working as an account manager at a large advertising agency.

Since selling his advertising agency, a little  over a year ago, he has spent his time on various new business interests, and writing and publishing his first novel at the end of 2019.

Arnason, an avid golfer himself, is the father of four children and lives with his family in Reykjavik.

Arnason is ecstatic at becoming the licensee of International Pairs in Iceland, and sees great opportunities for the brand in the market.

Says Arni Arnason, “There is a lot of interest in golf in Iceland at the moment. 

We have 67 golf courses and around 20.000 people who are members of golf clubs, impressive statistics for a nation of only 360.000 people.

We have high hopes for the International Pairs concept over here and believe that it can become a staple of the Icelandic golfing landscape.

We are looking very forward to hosting the first Icelandic finals in August and of course to a great co-operation in the future.”
